How Gryptid RV Park handles the small amount of information this website and our park collect.

The Short Version
This is a four site RV park, not a data company. This website does not ask you to create an account, does not run a contact form, and does not sell or share anything about you. If you call or email us, we keep that message so we can answer it. That is nearly the whole story.

What This Website Collects
- Nothing you type. There is no form, no signup, and no comments on this site.
- Standard server logs. Our web host records the usual technical details of a visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These are used to keep the site running and secure, and they age out on the host’s normal schedule.
- No advertising or tracking cookies. We do not run advertising networks, retargeting pixels, or third party analytics that follow you across other websites.
If we ever add a contact form, a newsletter, or website analytics, this page gets updated before that goes live.
When You Contact Us
If you call, text, email, or message us on Facebook, we keep what you sent along with your name and how to reach you, so we can answer and follow up about a site. We use it for that and nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list.
If you ask us to delete your inquiry, email us and we will.
Links to Other Companies
Our Book Now and Check Availability buttons take you to Firefly Reservations, which is a separate company that handles our bookings. Anything you enter there is covered by their privacy policy, not this one. The same goes for our Facebook and Instagram pages, and for Google Maps when you open directions.
We are not responsible for how those companies handle your information, so it is worth reading their policies if that matters to you.
Guest WiFi at the Park
WiFi is included with your site. Each site has its own separate network with its own login, kept apart from the other sites, so nobody else in the park is on your network.
Our network equipment keeps ordinary operational records, the kind any router keeps, so we can troubleshoot problems and keep the connection working. We do not monitor what you browse, and we do not sell or hand over your usage to anyone except where the law actually requires it.
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Your Choices
You can browse this website without giving us anything. You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing kurt@gryptidrvpark.com. We will do it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under your own state or country’s law, and we will honor a reasonable request either way.
Changes to This Policy
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes get called out plainly rather than buried.
