Getting Here
We sit just off of US-27 (Rhea County Hwy), the main route linking Dayton and Spring City, so getting here is simple. Dayton is about 10 miles South via US-27, and Spring City is about 10 miles North via US-27.
The most RV friendly way in is via Smyrna Road. From Dayton, take US-27 North toward Spring City and turn right onto Smyrna Road. From Spring City, take US-27 South toward Dayton and turn left onto Smyrna Road. Stay on Smyrna Road for about 1.8 miles, turn left onto Cat Hollow Road, bear left onto Vaughn Mill Road, then turn right onto Pleasant Road. Continue about 0.6 miles on Pleasant Road. You will pass Pleasant Dale Church, and we are just past the church.
If you are coming from Concord Lane, follow it for about 1.3 miles to Pleasant Road, then continue about 1.7 miles to 1702 Pleasant Road. You will pass Pleasant Dale Church just before you reach us.
All the roads in are paved and in good condition. Pleasant Road has some rolling hills and a couple of narrow spots, so take it slow and stay on your side.
Heading further out: Chattanooga is roughly 50 miles (about 1 hour) south via US-27, and Knoxville is about 70 miles (1 hr 15 min) north via US-27 to I-75.
